We loved everything. The location is super concenient for both the city centre and supermarkets. The street is quiet and peaceful yet super close to the main shopping streets. The rooms are new, beautifully decorated and spacious. The staff and warm and welcoming. The only thing we did not like was our view from the room, we had just a plain wall view. Perhaps slippers would be also a be a good idea because the floors are cold, especially in the bathroom. Other than that all is perfect

We chose the best place for our first visit to Granada. The hotel is in the city centre walkable distance to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. Cristina was there when we checked in and out and helped us answer questions and guide us to enjoy our stay. Thank You! I recommend it and would go back to it 100%

Great location in the centre of Granada. Very helpful and friendly team members there particularly Jose. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Walking around the city was perfect from this location. The carpark is handy but tricky to get to, but Jose helped advise us appropriately. Only issue was the shower tray didn't hold the water and it leaked out onto the bathroom floor. Otherwise an excellent hotel

This is a wonderfully located place to stay. Excellent friendly staff. We didn’t get to use the pool because it was closed. But it was nice to take advantage of the nice weather and use the terrace. The rooms were super comfortable and well equipped. The only problem we had was the noise coming from next door. Through the wall and a bit through the vents I think. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Great location and recently renovated; staff was friendly and spoke English. However, we had a bad sewer-type smell coming from our kitchen and bathroom sink (even though we were on the 5th floor). We only stayed one evening, so we didn't change rooms or anything, but it was consistently there.

Location, location, and location - the location matters. The hotel is located in the dead center of the downtown shopping street, yet quiet and away from traffic. The facilities are top notch and the hotel offers indoor parking. I’d definitely come back here next time I visit Granada.
